PRIVACY POLICY

Your Data, Handled Simply and Transparently

We collect very little, we store none of it in a database, and we never sell any of it. This page explains exactly what happens to the information you share with AS Scale.

Last updated: August 23, 2026

1. Introduction

AS Scale (“AS Scale”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an AI automation agency that helps businesses automate repetitive work and scale through intelligent systems. We take the privacy of everyone who visits our website seriously, and we would rather tell you exactly what happens to your information than hide it behind boilerplate.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through asscale.com, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and what rights you have over it. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it. It does not cover any third-party website we may link to.

By using this website or submitting our contact form, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect only the fields on that form:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional — the form works without it)
  • The message you write to us

If you contact us by email or phone instead, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message.

Information collected automatically

  • Performance and usage telemetry collected by Vercel Speed Insights — page load timings, approximate location at country level, browser and device type. This is aggregated performance data used to keep the site fast; it is not used to build a profile of you.
  • Standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider, which may include your IP address, the pages requested, and timestamps. These are ordinary operational records.
  • Measurement data collected through Google Tag Manager, which we use to load and manage the measurement tags running on this site. Depending on the tags active in our container, this may include the pages you visit, the referring website, and general information about your browser and device. Section 6 explains this in more detail.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment card details, bank or financial information, government identifiers, health information, or any other special category or sensitive personal data through this website. We do not sell the data described above, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles or to target you across other websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for a short and specific list of purposes:

  • To read and respond to the enquiry you sent us.
  • To discuss your requirements, prepare proposals, and deliver services if you decide to work with us.
  • To follow up on an ongoing conversation or existing client relationship.
  • To monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and security of this website.
  • To meet any legal or regulatory obligation that applies to us.

We do not use your contact details to send marketing newsletters or promotional campaigns, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in the contact form.

Legal basis for processing

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you voluntarily submit the contact form, and for the legitimate uses permitted by that Act. For visitors in the EU, EEA, or UK, our legal bases under the GDPR are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and maintaining a secure, functioning website. Where we process data to perform a contract with you, that is our basis for doing so.

4. Storage and Retention

This is worth stating plainly: this website does not maintain a customer database. When you submit the contact form, your message is transmitted by email through our email delivery provider and arrives in our business inbox. Nothing is written to a database, CRM, or data warehouse by the website itself.

That means your enquiry is retained in our email inbox for as long as it is needed — to answer your question, to serve you as a client, or to keep a record of a business relationship. Once an enquiry is closed and there is no ongoing relationship or legal reason to keep it, we delete it. If you would like us to delete your enquiry sooner, ask us and we will.

Performance telemetry and server logs are retained by the respective providers according to their own retention schedules and are not linked back to your enquiry.

5. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for their own marketing purposes. Ever.

We do rely on a small number of service providers to operate this website. Each one processes data only to provide its service to us:

  • Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox as email. Your form contents pass through this service in transit.
  • Vercel Speed Insights — collects the aggregated website performance telemetry described in Section 2.
  • Google (Google Tag Manager) — loads and manages the measurement tags running on this website. Google processes the request data needed to serve the container and to operate whichever tags we have published inside it.
  • Hostinger — hosts this website and maintains the associated server logs.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so — for example in response to a valid legal process, or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim, or to protect the safety and rights of AS Scale or others.

6. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses Google Tag Manager. Tag Manager is a container: it does not measure anything by itself, it loads the measurement tags we choose to publish into it. Those tags, and any cookies or similar identifiers they set in your browser, are what actually collect data — so what is set depends on which tags are live in our container at the time you visit.

We use it for measurement — understanding how people find and move through this site so we can improve it. We do not use it to sell your data or to build an advertising profile of you. Your browser will also still make the ordinary technical requests needed to load and display pages, and our hosting and performance providers process those requests as described above.

You can control this yourself. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and browser-level tracking protection or an ad blocker will generally stop the container from loading at all. The site works normally either way. If we introduce tags that require your prior consent under the law that applies to you, we will ask for that consent properly and update this policy before doing so.

7. Your Rights

If you are in India — Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

  • The right to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed.
  • The right to correct inaccurate or misleading data, and to complete or update incomplete data.
  • The right to have your personal data erased once it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.
  • The right to withdraw the consent you gave, at any time and as easily as you gave it.
  • The right to nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
  • The right to grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us first, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK — GDPR and UK GDPR

  • The right of access to your personal data and to receive a copy of it.
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • The right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”).
  • The right to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • The right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • The right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

International transfers

Some of the service providers listed in Section 5 operate servers outside India and outside the EEA. Where your personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on those providers' own safeguards and contractual commitments to keep it protected to the standard described in this policy.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within a reasonable period, and we will not charge you for making a request.

8. Data Security

This website is served over HTTPS, so information you submit through the contact form is encrypted in transit. Enquiries arrive in an access-controlled business inbox, and access to that inbox and to our hosting infrastructure is limited to authorised personnel.

We should be honest about the limits of this: no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending confidential or sensitive information through a website contact form.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, tools, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page and publish the new version here. Significant changes will be described clearly rather than slipped in quietly. We encourage you to review this page occasionally.

11. Contact and Grievance Redressal

If you have a question about this policy, want to exercise any of the rights in Section 7, or wish to raise a complaint about how we have handled your personal data, please get in touch. Data protection requests and grievances are handled directly by Mohammed Adnan Hussain, Founder of AS Scale.

You can also reach us through our contact page. We aim to acknowledge every data protection request promptly and resolve it within a reasonable period.

AS Scale operates from India. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, without prejudice to the rights available to visitors under the GDPR and UK GDPR as set out in Section 7.
